DOMESTIC SHIPPING

ELEVATE By Rosie Mckay offers free express shipping on all Australian orders.

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia post express services. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery from the delivery window date stated in the PRE-ORDER conditions at time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ELEVATE By Rosie Mckay offers express International shipping at a flat rate of $30 AUD.

All orders placed will be processed in the 4-6 weeks as per the PRE-ORDER conditions at time of purchase.

Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery from the delivery window date stated in the PRE-ORDER conditions. Shipments are sent by DHL and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 business days for International delivery from the delivery window date stated in the PRE-ORDER conditions at time of purchase.

All International shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to ELEVATE By Rosie Mckay a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting the customs office of your country for further information as ELEVATE By Rosie Mckay is not able to estimate the duties or taxes that may be incurred.
