ORDERING

All orders processed online or in person at ELEVATE By Rosie McKay showroom constitutes as an agreement to the below policies and terms & conditions.

RETURNS POLICY

Information about each design is supplied online and at ELEVATE By Rosie McKay showroom with a strict no refund policy unless the garment is deemed faulty.

ELEVATE By Rosie McKay accepts change of mind and size exchanges on full priced stock and pre-order items only.  In the case of a size or style exchange or faulty replacement, the  ELEVATE By Rosie McKay team will replace the garment in a timely matter in line with the Pre-Order Conditions. 

Please note: 

  • If a size or style exchange is requested on an out-of-stock item, a credit note will be issued.
  • ELEVATE By Rosie McKay only accepts one exchange per style unless faulty.

SUBMITTING A RETURN:

To request a faulty return, replacement or exchange you must do the following:

    1. Email elevatebyrosiemckay@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving the order. Once the garment has been returned to the ELEVATE By Rosie McKay showroom it will undergo a review for exchange. If approved the ELEVATE By Rosie McKay customer service team will advise the customer on the exchange or refund details and supply return shipping label.

    2. Re-package the items and the order invoice in the original packaging or find suitable alternative packaging. Stick the return shipping label to the outside of the package and return to an Australia Post branch or post box. 

       

      Please note: all shipping costs on change of mind and size are at the cost of the customer and not payable by ELEVATE By Rosie McKay. ELEVATE By Rosie McKay requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen parcels are not liable to ELEVATE By Rosie McKay.
      In the case there is an outstanding amount owing to the customer it will be issued in the form of a credit note.

The below conditions must be adhered to for a return;

  • The garment must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.
  • The customer must not attempt to resolve any damages unless approved by the ELEVATE By Rosie McKay team.
  • The garment must be unworn, undamaged and not laundered.
  • No exchange or return will be excepted without prior approval by the ELEVATE By Rosie McKay team after 7 days.
  • ELEVATE By Rosie McKay reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.
  • In the case of a fabric or colour being discontinued the customer is entitled to reselect another.
  • Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of ELEVATE By Rosie McKay.

PRE-ORDER ITEM

All designs that are PRE-ORDER will state this in the products description, along with the garments production time frame.

If you require your garment sooner than the stated production time frame, please contact the customer service team by phone or email to enquire about order fast tracking services. Additional charges may apply.

Please note all fast track options need to be approved and added to your order by the ELEVATE By Rosie McKay customer service team. Additional charges may apply.

STOCK ITEM

Stock items are garments that are pre-made and available to dispatch within 1-2 days after purchasing.
